Sugar Estate by Wemabod

Wemabod Sugar Estate is a serene residential development located in the heart of Lekki just 1km away from Victoria Garden City. The coordinate of the site is 6⁰ 27’13.9” N, 3⁰ 33’16.2” E. and it is before VGC Estate heading towards Ajah and located on the side of the road heading towards Victoria Island.

Phase 1 of the development will consist of 30 housing units consisting of 24 Terraced houses and 6 Semi-Detached houses. Each home will consist of 4 bedrooms with a maid’s room.

The first 12 houses are scheduled to be delivered by December 2023 and the balance by Q3 of 2023. The Estate is planned such that modules can be added on Phases 2 and 3 to bring in an additional 100-120 homes bringing the total to about 150 homes.

The Houses are being built so Homeowners have some flexibility in determining space planning and finishes with the option of the houses being developed as a shell internally to be finished by the owner or fully finish in line with options of finishes provided by Wemabod. The buildings are of international style concept with flexibility and modularity of spaces and services installations to enable interior design and finishes of homeowners’ preference.

The homes have also been designed with green credentials to make the homes environment and energy friendly with provisions made for alternative energy and inverter systems, energy and natural resources saving fittings, fixtures and features with safety, comfortable, environment, aesthetics and psychological appeal.
